Annual Harvest Dinner Menu

As the Annual Harvest Dinner on October 5 gets closer, we’re starting to get really excited about all the details! If you’re joining us for dinner you’ll be excited, too, to see the menu Chef Scott Crawford will prepare for the evening, featuring foods from local purveyors and vegetables from our farm entrepreneurs, Kailyard Farm and Endless Sun Produce:

Yellow Dog Bread Company Bread with Butter and Pickles

Potato and Peanut Chowder
smoked apples, lacinato kale, rosemary croutons

Baby Lettuce
pickled field peas, capers, radish, buttermilk, herbs

Barley and Wheat Berry Risotto
caramelized onion, crispy mushrooms, goat parmesan

Side Dish of Roasted Beets
orange, brown butter, pecans

Side Dish of Hot and Sour Eggplant
sweet pepper, pac choi, thai basil

Pawpaw Pudding
salted butter cookies, coconut cream, hazelnuts

Don’t forget that these dishes will be accompanied by an open bar featuring wine from Wine Authorities and Pawpaw Belgian Ale and Basil Flower Farmhouse beers from Fullsteam Brewery.
