In this workshop, we will explore the world of food preservation through one of the most rewarding ways to use produce: making homemade jam! We will talk through the required equipment and safety practices for at-home canning for products like jam, jellies, and pickles. These products make wonderful gifts and are a great way to use up seasonal produce. We will also make a delicious batch of shelf-stable strawberry jam!
