Sun Food Workshop

  • Raleigh City Farm @ Blount Street 800 North Blount Street Raleigh, NC, 27604 United States (map)

Join us in the heat of summer to explore some of the ways we can find natural flavors and preserve our garden with everybody’s favorite ball of fire. Led by Anton, our Program and Education Coordinator, we’ll work through a few fermentation and natural preservation methods while discussing how these processes can help us tune in to rhythms of abundance and the timescales of food. We’ll also make compost tea, so that our plant friends can eat too!

Come with a glass jar and leave with some recipes!
