Elderberry & Elderflower Syrup Recipes
Let’s talk about Elderberries! At Raleigh City Farm we are lucky to have elderberry bushes in our Food Forest. Not only are the elderflower blooms and purple berries beautiful, they are packed with health benefits! Elderberries offer many antioxidants that can support our immune systems and reduce inflammation. They are also rich in vitamins C and A. We love using elderberries to make syrups out of the berries and flowers. They are a delicious addition to drinks and desserts!
