Herbed Yogurt Dressing Recipe

Herbed Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt (low-fat, full-fat or greek style are fine)
3 tbls olive oil
2-3 tbls fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove crushed
½ tsp. salt
Handful of your favorite herbs (e.g., basil, parsley, cilantro, green onions, chives, mint or any combination thereof)
Additional pepper and salt to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender
Add additional salt and pepper as needed.
Pour on salad.
Variations
Add your favorite spices and/or tahini
Add grated lemon or other citrus zest
Substitute shallots for garlic
Substitute some or all of lemon juice for your favorite red or white wine vinegar.
