Earth Day + Our Birthday = Bearthday! Join us for our 8th annual free Bearthday Celebration on Saturday, April 18 from 10 AM-2 PM.
We’ll be celebrating our New Season of Stewardship and the 50th anniversary of Earth Day with support from generous sponsors and Farm Friends.
Activities will include:
Farm Tours with our new Farm Manager Josh Sattin! Tour the site to see all of the improvements including hoop house, composting station, and our production area.
Locally sourced food and beverage, like tasty bites from Pounded Pig scratch food trailer, beer from Standard Beer and Food, mimosas from Wine Authorities, and coffee from Yellow Dog Bread Co.
Children's Activities and Bearthday Cupcakes from Once in a Blue Moon Bakery & Cafe
Bearthday Bazaar featuring local vendors, hands on kid’s activities, nonprofit resources and more.
You’ll be able to visit with Capital Area Food Network, Jeddah’s Tea, Judie & Joe’s Birdhouses, Juniper Level Botanic Garden, Master Gardeners of Wake County, Milestones Pediatric & Maternal Nutrition, Piedmont Picnic Project (with a “make your own herb salts” station), PwC, and Smiling Elephant Studio.
